The Prior Lake trap shooting team maintained its lead in Class 9A Conference 1 after the second round of shooting.

The Lakers lead with 27,652.5 points, which is well ahead of second-place Faribault (18,247.5). Eastview is third (17,680), followed by Park (17,231.5), Norwood-Young America (14,209), Shakopee (13,919.5) and Sartell (9.052).

Caleb Brennan and Austin Swan are leading the Lakers after two rounds and are tied for second in the conference, hitting an average of 24.25 targets out of 25.

Brandon Krivitz and Blake Conrad are tied for fourth (23.75), followed by Zac Klingfus (T8h, 23.50), Sam Schafer, Jake Lee and Gabe McCarty (T11th, 23.25), Kaleb Dorn (T16th, 23.0), Josiah Johnson, Vincent Mosher, Brandon Fritze, Alex Schlink and Ben McGarness (T19th, 22.75).

On the girls side for the Lakers, Sydney Nelson is in first in the conference (20.75). Julia Phelan is tied for second (22.25), followed by Olivia Smith (T14th, 17.75) and Marissa Jaskowick (T23rd, 16.50).

In skeet, Prior Lake is second out of nine teams after two rounds in Class A Conference 3 with 637.5 points. Roseau leads (710.5). Andover is third (559).

Conrad is in first place after two weeks (24.5), followed by Swan (5th, 22.75), Chris Curry (T9th, 21.50), Hunter Eschenback (T15h, 20.75) and Brennen Stier (T20th, 20.25).
