The first two weeks you start to run please use the first two weeks of June's calendar. It is designed to be a little easier on the legs with more rest for the first two weeks.

Cross Country
Summer Running is Monday, June 20th - July 29th
Summer Running - Begins on Monday, June 20th - Friday, July 29th. Coaches are not allowed to coach from July 4– July 8th. A coach will be present on Monday’s, Wednesday’s, and Friday’s at 7:30 am. We will meet at the student entrance of the high school (East side of HS). Watch for Facebook updates if bad weather is pending or you have been gone on vacation.

Official 2016 Season Starts August 15, 2016
Online registration opens by July 20th. You can register for CC with the link below. Official practice starts August 15th—7:45 am at the High School. Get physicals scheduled now and completed in July if possible.
The 23rd annual CC Camp will be for 9-12 graders and any varsity 7th & 8th graders. The dates will be Monday, August 22nd - Thursday, August 25th. The location is new this year: Whitewater State Park between Rochester and Winona, MN. More details to come. URL: https://goo.gl/maps/oUgafWwxHU32
Great Season Girls - Mallory and Gabi Lead the Section to State Meet
On October 29th, 8th Grader Mallory Stach won the 3AA Section cross-country race in a time of 18:54.3 setting the 5K course record for girls. Gabi Brinkley finished 5th in a time of 19:18.4.
On November 7th, Mallory finished the in 45th place and Gabi finished in 118th place at the State Meet.
