All fall athletes must be registered and have an updated physical on file in the PLHS Activities Office before they can begin practices or tryouts. Most HS Fall sports start on Monday, August 12, 2024. Most Middle School Fall sports start the first week of school.
New or updated physical forms can be emailed to any Activities Office staff member or faxed to (952) 226-8689. All current physicals must be dated 12/1/2021 or more recent.

Family maximum for each school year (registration for activities and athletics governed by PLHS Activities Office) = $1000. Our Affinety registration program is set up to automatically assist families once payments reach this set amount per family.
