Summer 2018 -- Session Information



The Laker Performance program is offered to all Prior Lake athletes (girls and boys in grades 7th -12th) over the summer months.  We offer many different programs to meet the needs of all of our athletes based upon both age and commitment level.  

The goal of our strength & conditioning program is to provide athletes the best opportunity to improve their athletic performance over the summer.  Athletes will train safely, consistently, sensibly, and be motivated by other teammates as well as members from the Laker Coaching Staff. 

*Summer Sessions are determined by GRADE LEVEL for Fall 2018 – No Exceptions

Summer Sessions 2018:  (Mondays - Thursdays at PLHS)

Session #1: 9th-12th Girls Morning Session – ($135) – 7:00 a.m. – 8:30 a.m.

Session #2: 7th-12th Girls Basketball Morning Session - ($135) - 7:00 a.m. - 8:30 a.m. 

Session #3: 10th-12th Grade Boys - Football/MultiSport ($135) 8:30 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. 

Session #4: 10th-12th Grade Boys - Specialized Sports ($135) 8:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. 

Session #5:  9th grade Boys ($135) 10:00 a.m.- 11:30 a.m.

Session #6:  7th – 8th Grade General (Boys/Girls) ($100) 10:00 a.m. – 11:30 am Mondays/Tuesdays/Thursdays Only

Optional training dates July 2 - July 6 and the first two weeks of August ~
