Session #2 – Girls 9th-12th Grade – 6:30am to 7:30am (Tues/Thurs)
(Note: Girls can attend all four days if they want to)
Session #3 – Boys 11th/12th Grade – 7:30am to 9:00am (Mon-Thurs)
Session #4 – Boys 10th Grade – 7:30am to 9:00am (Mon-Thurs)
Session #5 – Boys 9th Grade – 9:00am to 10:30am (Mon-Thurs)
Session #6 – Boys 8th Grade – 9:00am – 10:30am (Mon-Thurs)
Session #7 – Open Weightroom - all grades/boys and girls – 10:30am – 11:30am (Mon-Thurs) ~ Note: This will be an open session for all athletes. We will have a coach here daily to work with athletes.
