Staying Atop The Standings After Two Rounds

The Prior Lake trap shooting team stayed in first place after the second round of shooting in Class 8A Conference 3.

The Lakers have 23,695.5 points after two rounds, which leads runner-up Buffalo (22,839). Delano is third (19,548.5), followed by Sartell (15,120.5), Nicollet (9,412.5) and Shakopee (7,076).

Tyler Kingery and Justin Kingery are tied for second for Prior Lake in the conference after two rounds, averaging 24.5 targets hit out of 25. Logan Cloos is fifth (23.5).

Wesley Brainard, Tanner Thompson, Reed Bartusek and Gabe Czajkowski are tied for eighth (23.25), while Caleb Brennan and Tom Beyer are tied for 14th (23) and Matthew Ebhardt, Vincent Mosher and Jake Corteau are tied for 18th (22.75). Joren Lund and Ian Wheatcraft are tied for 24th (22.5).

In skeet, Prior Lake stayed in second place in Class 2A Conference 2 with 1,176 points after two rounds. Wayzata is leading (1,297). Hastings is third (1,146.5).

Brandon Krivitz is tied for second for the Lakers after two rounds with an average of 23.5 targets hit out of 25. Justin Kingery and Thompson are tied for seventh (22.5).
