1. Summer Running is Optional. It is nice to run with others when possible.
Starts June 15th. M-F at 8am-9:30am to be safe for rides. Meet near the East entry to the high school. There will be no water running at the school all summer so bring a water bottle. A captain will be present every day. A coach will be present MWF. The girls use GroupMe to communicate. Please send the cell numbers you want added, to Maddie Hauenstein at 952-240-3402. 2. Season update. Official practice starts August 17th. Fall registration should open in July. Sports physicals are required every 3 years. Here is the link to the form. Get this scheduled and done in July if possible as appointments may be hard to come by. The link to the sports physical form is below.
3. Fall camp is scheduled at Whitewater State Park August 31 - September 3rd.
This is pending the opening of camp grounds. There are many bunk houses so we would be able to have a safe social distancing arrangement. More information once the season starts. All girls 7-12th grade would be encouraged to attend.

Cross Country Running is open to all 7th-12th graders.
Athletics supplies an activities bus during the school week to take runners to the High School. The bus leaves Twin Oaks south lot at 2:40pm.
Please also join the 'Prior Lake Girls Cross Country Running' group on Facebook. This is an easy way to get updates from the coaches.
Also, Girls should send their phone numbers to join the team GroupMe for up to date team information from captains.

The first two weeks you start to run please use the first two weeks of June's calendar. It is designed to be a little easier on the legs with more rest for the first two weeks.

2019 Camp Photo
Camp this year will be open to all girls 7-12th graders. The boys team will not be attending this season. We will need parent chaperones for all or part of the camp duration. Their is no fee for chaperones and there are cabins available for chaperones.
It is my hope that we will have most of the team goinig to camp. Please schedule work and vacations accordingly. We return the day before our first meet at Rosemount.
The location is: Whitewater State Park Modern Group Center. For 3 nights checking in after 1:00 p.m. on Monday, August 31, 2020 and checking out by 11:00 a.m. (with the inspection estimated at 10:00 a.m.) on Thursday, September 3, 2020.
