Online Activity Registration: ISD 719 families will register for sports through “Affinety”. Registration for WINTER SPORTS/ACTIVITIES will open in early October. You will need to set up a user account for any online activity registration.

First Time User Select the Blue Wallet Icon to create a Parent User Account and connect to your student(s). You will need your student’s unique ID number, which can be found in Infinite Campus via the parent portal or on your student's school photo ID.

All winter athletes must complete the following in order to participate in tryouts or practices:
1) Register on Affinety
2) Have an updated physical on file in the PLHS Activities Office. (Physical form must be dated 03/31/2022 or more recent).

Family maximum for each school year (registration for activities and athletics governed by PLHS Activities Office) = $1000. Our Affinety program is set up to automatically reduce the payment once your family reaches this max.
