All spring athletes must complete the following in order to participate in tryouts or practices:
1) Have an updated physical on file in the PLHS Activities Office. (Physical form must be dated 6/15/2023 or more recent).
2) Register prior to your sport start date.
3) Please email updated sports physical forms (page 1) to Heather Pierson (hpierson@plsas.org) or Lauren Albrecht (lalbrecht@plsas.org).
