Weekly Practice Schedule

Week #1 (August 12th - 17th)

Monday: primary practice @ 7AM meeting at Outdoor Track.  Boys XC parent & athlete meeting @ 6PM in PLHS (RM TBD).

Tuesday: primary practice @ 7AM meeting at Outdoor Track.  Secondary practice @ 5PM (varsity & optional for returners)

Wednesday: primary practice @ 7AM meeting at Outdoor Track. Secondary practice @ 5PM (varsity & optional for returners)

Thursday: primary practice @ 7AM meeting at Outdoor Track. Secondary practice @ 5PM (varsity & optional for returners).

Friday: LAKER 2 Mile Time Trial @ 9AM.  Meet at Ponds Athletic Complex at 7:50AM

Saturday: primary practice @ 8AM (varsity & optional for returners).

Week #2 (August 19th - 24th)

Monday: primary practice @ 6AM meeting at Outdoor Track. Secondary practice @ 5PM (varsity & optional for returners)

Tuesday: primary practice @ 6AM meeting at Outdoor Track.  Secondary practice @ 5PM (varsity & optional for returners)

Wednesday: primary practice @ 6AM meeting at Outdoor Track.  Campers leave for Sibley State Park @ 1PM.

Thursday: primary practice @ 6AM meeting at Outdoor Track. 

Friday: primary practice @ 6AM meeting at Outdoor Track.

Saturday: primary practice @ 8AM (varsity & optional for returners).  Campers return from Sibley State Park @ 12PM

Week #3 (August 26th - 31st)

Monday: primary practice @ 3:15PM meeting at Outdoor Track. 

Tuesday: primary practice @ 3:15PM meeting at Outdoor Track.

Wednesday: primary practice @ 3:15PM meeting at Outdoor Track.

Thursday: primary practice @ 3:15PM meeting at Outdoor Track. 

Friday: Irish Invite bus leaves at 7AM.  Athletes won’t be going back to classes after the meet, so please arrange to pick them up at PLHS or leaving from RHS.

Saturday: on your own.

Week #4 (September 2nd - 7th)

Week #5 (September 9th - 14th)

Week #6 (September 16th - 21st)

Week #7 (September 23rd - 28th)

Week #8 (September 30th - October 5th)

Week #9 (October 7th - 12th)

Week #9 (October 14th - 19th)
