All participants will need a current physical on file in the PLHS Activities Office in order to register. 

This sport is open to all 6th-8th grade students in PLSAS schools.

We currently have three (3) openings for Middle School Track coach positions for this coming spring.  We have three returning staff who are terrific to work with and will help guide the coaching group.

Unfortunately, if we do not have a full coaching staff, then we will have to limit the number of track/field participants this spring -- so please help us out if you are interested in coaching this 6-7 week season.

Location:  Twin Oaks Middle School Track

Days:    Monday/Wednesday/Thursday/Friday practices -- No practice on Tuesdays this season 

Time: 2:30pm (ready to go) and we will finish at 4:00pm

• Students can change in locker rooms of either school and then walk to track; Bring your backpacks/belongings with you to the track.
• Players should come ready to run - tennis shoes, workout clothing, layers, water bottle.  (Be prepared for all weather.)
• Parents need to pick up at Twin Oaks Lower Level by the marquee (please arrive a few minutes before 4:00pm).
• 2025 Middle School Track Expectations Meeting:  TBD.  All students should plan to attend this 20-25 minute meeting in TOMS Auditorium.
• Our Spring season will start on Wednesday,  March 26, 2025
