All participants will need a current physical on file in the PLHS Activities Office in order to register. 

Location:  Twin Oaks Middle School Track

Days:    Monday/Tuesday/Thursday/Friday practices -- No practice on Wednesdays

Time: 2:30pm (ready to go) and we will finish at 4:00pm

• Students can change in locker rooms of either school and then walk to track; Bring your backpacks/belongings with you to the track.
• Players should come ready to run - tennis shoes, workout clothing, layers, water bottle.  (Be prepared for all weather.)
• Parents need to pick up at Twin Oaks Lower Level by the marquee (please arrive a few minutes before 4:00pm).
• 2025 Middle School Track Expectations Meeting TBD.  All students should plan to attend this 30 minute meeting in TOMS Auditorium.
• Our Spring season will start on Monday,  March 24, 2025
